Sally Damm is owner of Pazie Ponderings—a consulting firm specializing leadership, customer service, partnerships and life stories of disabilities to abilities. Sally Damm is a Licensed Social Worker Associate and humorous Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, who combines a personal touch and professional perspective when discussing leadership styles.
Among Ms. Damm’s accomplishments is serving on the President of the South Dakota American College of Health Care Administrators, member South Dakota Association of Health Care Organizations. Ms. Damm served as the first woman on the Dacotah Bank-of Webster in South Dakota Board of Directors. Ms. Damm is a Preceptor and has been instrumental in providing internships for students of the South Dakota State University and the University of South Dakota.
Ms. Damm is presently the CEO of United Retirement Center, Inc. Park Place Apartments, Park Place Assisted Living, Park Place Respite Care, Park Place Adult Day and Child Development Center which is all on one campus. She has established partnerships in programming services with the city of Brookings, South Dakota. She has presented at the national convocation of the American College of Health Care Administrators and American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging.
